Macleod Pharmaceuticals, Inc is located in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado (voted by Forbes as the best small city to live in 2006.) and has been in operation since 1989.

Macleod Pharmaceuticals obtained their first FDA approval in 1993 for UNIPRIM^® Powder, an equine antibiotic for bacterial infections.  It maintains its own in-house research and production facility in Fort Collins as well as an approved off-site contract facility.

Macleod's current product emphasis is UNIPRIM^® powder for horses as well as a number of animal health products in varying stages of FDA approval.
